Computer animated lens flare.
Lens flare occurs when a camera is pointing directly at the sun. It is often an unwanted effect.
In computer animation lens flare, or rather a fake lens flare, is often used to create the illusion of the animation being recorded with a camera to enhance a sense of realism.
